Do you ‘dream in color’? Can you often remember your dreams when you wake up? If so, congratulations! If not, check out this article on how to remember your dreams. Now, do you have a question you’d like your guides to answer but you can’t quite hear them yet? Do you want to travel to new worlds or relive your past lives?
Before you go to bed, ask your spirit guides or passed loved ones to influence your dream in whichever way you’d like. Meditation beforehand is highly recommended, but if you are in a relaxed state before going to bed it may not be necessary.
Focus on your spirit guides or passed loved ones. Call out to them, out loud or telepathically, and ask them to be with you in that moment. If you are sensitive to spirit (everyone is – even if only a little!) you may feel their presence with you. When I lay down it and call to my sister, I often feel a weight added to the bed or someone sitting next to me. Sometimes I will even feel a cold touch on my back or leg! Then you should ask (again, out loud or in your head) your spirit guides or loved ones to be with you in your dreams. Ask them to help you remember the dreams, and what you would like to see or know. I usually ask Christina to take me to where she is and show me around or I ask about what is in store for the future.
Your dreams may be straight-to-the-point or obscure. For example, if you ask about a financial situation, your guide/loved one may simply sit you down and talk it out with you. Or they may shower you with money in your dream or you may have a dream about winning at a casino. Be sure to write down your dreams, especially after asking for a special one from your guides/loved ones.
Always remember to show gratitude, even if you don’t remember much, or the dream was too confusing to decipher. Remember that spirits are constantly learning what they can do and how to do it! Give thanks and try, try, try again!
